35770 Product Support PRD: Spectrum cleaning roller (CR) is up against the drum, cannot move nor spin the drum Check to make sure the Spectrum cleaning roller (CR) is not up against the drum. Two sensors at each end of the cleaning roller roller (SP_CRAtDrumAway and SP_CRAtDrumHome) are checked. Use the "cr" command to see the status of the sensors. Check air supply to the machine. This error is reported. CR was left up accidentally. Bad sensor. Bad actuactor. Bad air supply.
